A new girlswear brand is to open a second branch in Dublin and Cork.
The brand, called Glitzy Girlz, has been in the works for more than two years and will be officially opened in the capital on Friday.
The opening is part of the wider plans for the Dublin branch.
The company’s founder, Sophie Larkin, said it will be a place where women can express themselves and express their style without fear of judgment.
She said it is about women being empowered.
“We want to be a brand that everyone can feel comfortable in and feel safe walking into,” she said.
“It’s about women showing that they are the best and the best girls in the world.”
The Dublin branch will be the first branch to be open in Dublin since it opened in March.
